Loan Approval:

Repayment:

Customers are required to adhere to the repayment schedule provided by Vyuvan. Failure to do so may result in late fees, penalties, and potential adverse effects on your credit profile.

Privacy and Data Security:

Vyuvan is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of your personal and financial information. By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to Vyuvan. Any change in contact details, financial circumstances, or employment status must be promptly communicated to Vyuvan.

Default and Remedies:

In the event of loan default, Vyuvan reserves the right to take necessary legal actions, including but not limited to, collection of outstanding dues, repossession of collateral, and reporting to credit bureaus.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Vyuvan and Customers and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
